Dina Perez-Graham

Dina Perez-Graham has an extensive work experience in nursing and healthcare leadership roles. Dina is currently employed at University Health as the Senior Vice President and Chief Nurse Executive. In this role, they provide direction, leadership, and strategic planning for all patient care services and nursing functions within the organization. Prior to this, Dina worked as the Vice President and Associate Chief Nursing Officer for Trauma and Emergency Services at University Health. Dina also served as the Interim Chief Nursing Executive and Senior Vice President at the organization. Before joining University Health, Dina held the position of Chief Nursing Officer at Tenet Healthcare, where they were responsible for the direction and evaluation of nursing and patient care programs. Dina also served as the Chief Nursing Executive and Vice President of Patient Care Services at CHI St. Joseph Health, providing strategic and operational leadership to the professional practice of nursing and patient care services. Earlier in their career, Dina worked at St. Joseph Hospital as the Director of Nursing Services and Patient Care Services Serviceline Director, as well as the Senior Regulatory Process Improvement Director. Dina also held the role of Senior Director of Inpatient Services at Northwest Medical Center.

Dina Perez-Graham obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing Science from the University of the Incarnate Word between 1989 and 1992. Later, they pursued a Masters degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Grand Canyon University from 2008 to 2010.
