Peggy Goodell

Peggy Goodell, CPTD, is an experienced professional in instructional design and training, currently serving as the Senior Learning Technologies Administrator at University Hospitals since November 2010. Her expertise encompasses eLearning design, curriculum development, process improvement, and change management, with proficiency in tools such as Mzinga, SumTotal, Captivate, ToolBook, and Camtasia. Peggy has held leadership roles in ATD Greater Cleveland, including President and Co-President, where responsibilities focused on marketing and communications for the chapter. Previous positions include ID/Training Contractor, Trainer at Nesco Resource assigned to Intralot, Director of Training at First Advantage, and Manager of Training and Documentation at ChoicePoint. Peggy holds a B.A. in Business from Bluffton University and an M.Ed. in Corporate Training/Knowledge Management from Jones International University.
