Kristen Magro

Kristen Magro is an experienced professional in development operations, currently serving as the Associate Director of Development Operations at Penn Medicine Princeton Health since January 2011. In this role, Kristen manages operational communications and supports fundraising activities through the creation of collateral materials, both independently and in collaboration with vendors. Previously, Kristen held positions as the Manager of Development Operations, overseeing the Friends of the Foundation Program, and as Development Operations Coordinator, managing the donor recognition database Giftmap. Prior to their tenure at Penn Medicine, Kristen worked as a Creative Programs Coordinator at Donna Karan from November 2003 to January 2011, where responsibilities included coordinating departmental initiatives and liaising with various teams to uphold brand integrity. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from West Virginia University, earned in 2003.
