Mt Ascp Roland Perea

Roland Perea has extensive work experience in laboratory management. Roland began their career as the Regional Laboratory Director at UMC in 2018, overseeing laboratory operations. In 2016, they joined The Hospitals of Providence East Campus as the Administrative Director, where they provided leadership and direction. Currently, Roland is working as the Administrative Director of Laboratory Services at UMC, a position they have held since 2023.

Roland Perea holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Clinical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology/Technologist from The University of Texas at El Paso, which they attained from 1997 to 2003. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university from 2008 to 2010.
