Samuel Bharti

Samuel Bharti is currently a Business Development Intern at UAB Collat School of Business, where responsibilities include performing market outreach for the commercialization of UAB technologies and developing automated workflows for team logistics. Samuel served as an Innovate Fellow, conducting scientific and market research for over 12 UAB technologies and assessing their commercial viability. At the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Samuel holds the position of President of the Informatics Club and has contributed to various projects as a Blazer Graduate Research Fellow and Bioinformatician in an international research context. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at askFundu, Bioinformatics Engineer at STEM-Away, Operations Internships at multiple organizations, and Data Analyst at Creature Retail Pvt Ltd. Samuel is pursuing a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham, with a focus on the translation of biomedical innovations to clinical practice, having previously earned a B.Tech in Bioinformatics from Amity University, Noida.
