Leticia Carretero

Leticia Carretero is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism sectors. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at W Ibiza Hotel since May 2023, Carretero has previously held marketing managerial roles at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza and Tatel Ibiza, among others. Additionally, Carretero has contributed to academia as an Associate Professor at the University of Alicante, specializing in tourism marketing and customer experience. With a robust educational background, including degrees in Tourism, Social Media Management, and a Master's in Hotel Management from the University of Alicante, Carretero is also pursuing studies in Customer Neuroscience and Neuromarketing at Copenhagen Business School.
