Heather Reed, Ed.S., M.P.A., currently serves as the Director of Academic Affairs Retention Office at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock since September 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing data-driven retention initiatives and functioning as the administrator of CRM-Advise and Civitas Illume.
