Karl Schubert currently serves as a Professor of Practice and Associate Director of the Data Science Program at the University of Arkansas, leveraging extensive experience in academia and consulting. In addition to this role, Karl Schubert is a Council Member of the Arkansas Innovation Council, working to enhance the state's technology-driven economy. Karl Schubert founded TechNova Consulting LLC, providing executive leadership and organizational optimization, and previously held key positions including Chief Scientist & Strategy Officer at TYNYBAY INC, CEO of ShopTimely, LLC, and CTO at various organizations such as Grass Valley and Chideo. With a strong academic background comprising a Ph.D. in Engineering from the University of Arkansas and other degrees from the University of Kentucky and the University of Arkansas, Karl Schubert has made significant contributions to multidisciplinary innovation and data science initiatives.
