Alice Motes

Alice Motes is a seasoned data librarian currently serving as a Senior Data Librarian at the University of Bath since August 2022. Prior to this role, Alice held the position of Research Data and Preservation Manager at the University of Surrey from March 2016 to July 2022, and worked as a Social Sciences Data Curation Specialist at the University of Minnesota from September 2014 to February 2016. Alice Motes earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine in 2014 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology from Smith College in 2004.
