Matt Kitson

Matt joined the university in 2019 and brings extensive experience in senior private sector roles, including time as Group Property Director at QinetiQ, a global defense contractor, Director level roles at both CBRE & Compass Group, and a period as Head of Operations and Estate at Thames Water.

He also spent time as Head of Facilities and Estates and latterly Operations Director at Heathrow Airport, helping to move Heathrow Terminal 5 from construction to operations.

Matt holds a degree in Business Management from Kingston University and is a member of the British Institute of Facilities Management and the Institute of Directors.
