Athira Anil Kumar

Athira Anil Kumar is currently a Graduate Teacher Level 1 at the University of Bristol and a PhD Candidate at the Bristol Composites Institute, with a focus on Aerospace Engineering. Previously, Athira held roles as a Senior Resident and Research Intern at the National Centre For Aerospace Innovation and Research, IIT Bombay. Experience also includes being a Teaching Assistant for various aerospace engineering courses at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and serving as a Student Companion in the Institute Student Companion Programme. Athira participated as a Delegate in the Space Generation Advisory Council's SpaceGen United workshop, contributing to discussions on future technologies for lunar and Martian exploration. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Bristol, a Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and a Bachelor of Technology from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham.
