Kiersten Boyce

Kiersten Boyce is the Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Compliance Officer at University of California, Riverside. Kiersten has over 20 years of experience in compliance and ethics, having served as the Chief Compliance Officer at the College of William & Mary from 2006 to 2018. In this role, they established the FSG-designed compliance and ethics program, managed the Compliance & Equity Office, and developed the university policy program. Kiersten was also responsible for internal investigations of faculty, students, and staff.

Prior to their work at the College of William & Mary, Boyce was an associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP from 1997 to 2005, where they worked on securities, capital markets, structured finance, and other corporate matters in both D.C. and London.

Boyce is a respected authority on Title IX, ADA/Rehabilitation Act, and Age Discrimination Act compliance, as well as the Clery Act and VAWA.

Kiersten Boyce attended Georgetown University Law Center, where they earned their Juris Doctor. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts in International Relations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kiersten also holds a certification from the SCCE as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
