Chiedza Ikpeh is a Doctoral Researcher at the University of Chester, focusing on the career trajectories of Black women in teaching through narrative inquiry and thematic analysis. As Co-Founder and DEI Consultant at The RARA Education Project, Chiedza leads organizational operations to advance race equality in educational settings. Chiedza has also served as Trustee Director and People Committee Chair for Abbey Multi Academy Trust, overseeing talent management and growth initiatives for multiple schools. With experience as a Teacher of Psychology and English at Queens Park High School, Chiedza has developed engaging lesson plans and supervised independent research projects. Chiedza holds a Doctor of Education, a Master's in Business Administration, a PGCE in Secondary Education, a Master's in Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor's in Psychology.
