Elise Sum, MS, RD, LD is currently serving as the Assistant Performance Dietitian at the University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics, where Elise provides nutrition services for various sports teams. Prior to this role, Elise gained experience as a Performance Nutrition Fellow at My Sports Dietitian and as a Graduate Assistant at Marshall University. Elise also has a background as a NCAA Division I Women’s Rowing athlete at Clemson University. Elise holds a Master's degree in Dietetics/Dietitian from Marshall University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Clemson University.
