Felicity O'Herron

Felicity O'Herron serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at the University of Colorado since September 2017, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including CHRO and SVP of HR Communications and Corporate Marketing at Integra Telecom. At ProBuild Holdings, Felicity led the Human Resources, Communications, and Safety organizations, implementing significant HR initiatives and efficiencies across 450 locations. With prior roles at Qwest and AT&T Broadband, Felicity managed large HR teams and budgets, developed compensation programs, and provided legal support for benefits and compensation compliance. Felicity holds a Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bryn Mawr College.
