Heather Retzko

Heather Retzko is currently serving as the Vice President of State Relations and previously held the title of Assistant Vice President of State Relations at the University of Colorado since September 2018. In addition, Heather Retzko is the Principal at The Policy Matters, a position held since October 2021. Educationally, Heather Retzko earned a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver (2013-2015) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder (2003-2007).
