Thomas Pilnik

Thomas Pilnik is an experienced educator and program coordinator with a strong background in diversity initiatives and student engagement. Currently serving as Instructor of Record and Teaching Assistant at the University of Connecticut, Thomas previously held roles at the University of Southern California and the University of Virginia, including Graduate Assistant, Program Coordinator for the Office of Diversity and Engagement, and Event Coordinator for Donor Relations. Thomas has successfully managed large-scale events, grant proposals, and student support programs while also contributing to communications strategies for prominent clients at BBH New York. With a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration from the University of Southern California, Thomas combines artistic expertise with a commitment to enhancing educational access and success for underrepresented populations.
