Aaron Onserio

Aaron Onserio currently serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Delaware, responsible for managing approximately 60 graduate students and assisting in class organization. Aaron's previous experience includes roles as a Data Scientist/Analyst on a freelance basis, as well as a NIGMS Sandbox Tester for a project funded by the National Institute of General Medical Sciences. As a Data Analyst for the Alliance for Science, significant improvements in data accuracy and visualization were achieved. In the role of Project Manager at Simply Green Worldwide, leadership led to the successful execution of a project on Carbon Credit Funds and subsequent promotions to team leader and training officer. Earlier, Aaron worked as a Research Assistant at the Mpala Research Centre, providing logistical and operational support. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from the University of Delaware, a Data Science nano-degree from Moringa School, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Kenyatta University.
