Jon Sison is currently a PhD student at the University of Delaware, starting in August 2025. Previously, Jon served as a Project Engineer at Precision Custom Components, LLC from July 2023 to August 2025, and as Assistant Resident Director at Messiah University from August 2022 to May 2023. Jon gained experience as a Research and Development Intern at Alcon from May 2022 to August 2022, where responsibilities included directing discussions with site engineers, pioneering advanced 3D-printing facilities, and overseeing design verification and validation builds. Earlier, Jon was a Resident Assistant at Messiah University from August 2020 to May 2022. Jon holds a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Messiah University, earned in 2023.
