Keith Fournier

Keith Fournier MS is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in strategic HR leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at the University of Delaware since September 2019, Keith leads a team of 12 HR Managers in fostering strategic partnerships across various colleges and departments. Prior to this role, Keith held positions including HR Director and Business Partner at Virtua Health, Senior HR Business Partner at Independence Blue Cross, and Senior HR Generalist at the University of Pennsylvania Health System. Keith's expertise encompasses talent management, employee relations, and HR strategy implementation, supported by a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Providence College.
