Kelly O'Rourke

Kelly O'Rourke is an experienced events manager currently serving in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Delaware since May 2019, where responsibilities include building partnerships and providing logistical support for a variety of events. Previous roles include Associate Production Manager for Resident Ensemble Players, where O'Rourke led a successful initiative to produce over 35,000 masks during the COVID-19 pandemic. Further experience includes positions as Office Administrator and Special Events Coordinator at Plymouth Meeting Friends School, Stage Manager at People's Light, and multiple roles within various theatre companies across the United States. O'Rourke also has a background in customer service and has lectured on stage management at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. Education includes a BA in Theatre from Temple University and completion of the Self Expression and Leadership Program at Landmark.
