Marko Kauppinen

Marko Kauppinen is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Designer at the University of Eastern Finland since February 2021, specializing in IT support and Efecte superuser responsibilities. Prior to this, Marko held various roles at Atea Finland Oy from September 2013 to January 2021, including Service Transition Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Service Desk Teamleader, and Service Desk Specialist, focusing on service desk transitions, internal guidance, reporting tasks, and ITIL-based process management. Marko's earlier experience includes positions as a Customer Advisor at Opset Oy and IT advisor, Research Assistant, and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Eastern Finland, showcasing a strong background in IT support and education. Marko obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Eastern Finland between 2007 and 2012.
