Chancellor Wilson has a diverse range of work experience. In 2019, they worked as a private tutor until 2022. In 2022, they joined the University of Florida Student Government, serving in various roles such as Director of Programming for the Freshman Leadership Experience and Freshman Senator in the Legislative Branch. They also worked as staff in the Student Honor Code Administration and participated in the Freshman Leadership Experience for Class Councils. In 2023, Chancellor Wilson became a Student Ambassador for Florida Cicerones, where they facilitated guided campus tours and engaged in various workshops. They also served as the Director of Operations for the University of Florida Homecoming and Gator Growl. Additionally, they held the role of Scholarship Chairman in the Theta Chi Fraternity.

Chancellor Wilson has a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree in Information Systems from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, which was obtained sometime before 2026. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Psychology from UF College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, which was obtained between 2022 and 2026. Prior to their university education, Chancellor Wilson obtained a High School Diploma from Plant High School between 2019 and 2022.
