Amy Manley

Amy Manley currently serves as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Georgia, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Amy was a Marketing Teacher at Clarke County School District, where responsibilities included teaching marketing principles and managing the school store as well as advising the DECA club. With a strong background in both education and retail management, Amy has prior experience at P.L. Marketing, Inc. as a Product Merchandiser, The Impeccable Pig as Store Manager, and SouthLife Supply Co. as Sales and Marketing Manager. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Philosophy in Polymers, Fibers & Textiles with an emphasis in International Merchandising, as well as a Master of Science in Textiles, Merchandising, & Interiors, both from The University of Georgia. Undergraduate degrees include a Bachelor of Family and Consumer Sciences in Fashion Merchandising, Product Development, and Design, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management, also from The University of Georgia.
