Nancy Brown Andison

Nancy Brown Andison serves as the Chair of the Board of Governors at the University of Guelph since September 2022, overseeing a comprehensive university with approximately 30,000 students and an annual budget of $800 million. Previously, Nancy held the position of Director and Past Chair at City of Peterborough Holdings Inc., managing operations for a $120 million revenue business in electricity generation and water services. An accomplished professional, Nancy retired as a Partner at PwC Canada, where responsibilities included advising the Ontario Public Sector Consulting Practice, and also served as an Executive/Partner at IBM Global Business Services focused on the Ontario Public Sector. Earlier roles included Managing Partner for the Ontario Public Sector Consulting Practice at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and leadership positions in human resources and natural resources consulting. Additionally, Nancy contributes to various charitable and not-for-profit organizations. Educational qualifications comprise a BScAgr from the University of Guelph and an MBA from Queen's University, along with a Chartered Director designation from McMaster University.
