Ardawan Okhovat Alavian is currently employed at Snap Inc. as a Creative Production Lead for the DACH & MENA regions. In addition to their role at Snap Inc., Ardawan is an active member of the tech community at 2hearts, where Ardawan aims to empower individuals with immigration backgrounds in the tech industry to contribute to Europe's tech economy. Ardawan has also worked in marketing and consultancy roles at Hamburg Airport and KPI Aviation Marketing Solutions, exhibiting strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Ardawan holds a Master of Science in MBA from the University of Hamburg and a Master's degree in World Economy and China from Beijing Normal University.
