Kendrick Salone

Kendrick Salone is currently serving as the Associate Director of User Support Services at the University of Houston-Downtown since December 2022. Prior to this role, Kendrick held positions as an Incident Responder at TTEC for a brief period and as the Information Technology Support Manager at Cornerstone Home Lending, Inc., where oversight was provided for all requests, incidents, and problems. Additional experience includes roles as an IT Support Specialist, IT Helpdesk Lead at Pason Systems, and IT Technical Analyst at Consolidated Graphics. Kendrick holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Prairie View A&M University, completed in 2004.
