Louis D. Evans III

Louis D. Evans III is the current Executive Director of Off Campus Locations and Online Coordination at the University of Houston-Downtown. Louis has also been a Board of Trustees Member for Harris County Department of Education, Adjunct Faculty at Lone Star College, and Interim Director of Criminal Justice Training Center (Police Academy) at University of Houston Downtown. Prior to their work in education, Louis was a Jailer/Deputy for Harris County Sheriff's Office and Registered Agent for Prudential Financial.

Louis D. Evans III is an educational professional who has earned a Doctor of Education (EDD) in Higher Education from Sam Houston State University, a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Supervision from Sam Houston State University, and a Bachelor of Science (Bio-Engr.) in Bio-Engineering from Texas A&M University. Louis also holds a certification in Efficient Email Management from LinkedIn.
