Manjari Kiran

Manjari Kiran is an experienced academic and researcher in the field of Computational Biology. Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Hyderabad since December 2018, Manjari previously held the position of Research Associate at the University of Virginia from October 2014 to November 2018 and worked as a Research Scholar at the Centre for DNA Fingerprinting and Diagnostics in Hyderabad from January 2009 to September 2014. Earlier experience includes a role as a Project Assistant at IGIB in late 2008. Manjari Kiran earned a Ph.D. in Computational Biology from CDFD between 2009 and 2014, a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Banaras Hindu University from 2006 to 2008, and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from Banaras Hindu University from 2003 to 2006. Expertise encompasses network biology, gene expression data analysis, programming, and statistical methods.
