Aria Parr

Aria Parr is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as a Classification/Compensation HR Business Partner at the University of Idaho since July 2023. Key responsibilities include implementing a Job Family initiative, analyzing and processing complex salary data, and ensuring proper classification of job positions in accordance with federal regulations. Prior to this role, Aria worked as a Financial Aid Counselor, developing financial plans for students, and also served as an Education Abroad Ambassador, leading seminars and managing administrative tasks. Aria possesses a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Human Resources, a Bachelor of Arts in Modern Language Business (Spanish), and an Associate of Arts in General Studies.
