Steve M. Windham

Steve M. Windham, LLM, MBA, EA, is the owner of Windham Solutions, with over twenty years of experience in accounting, taxation, and business consulting since beginning self-employment in 2006. Windham has a proven record of representing clients in tax audits and appeals before the Internal Revenue Service. In addition to ownership of Windham Solutions, Windham serves as a Lecturer of Accounting at the University of Idaho, teaching online courses in financial accounting since January 2023. Previous roles include accounting positions at US Global Tax Limited and Branstox, as well as educational roles in various capacities at the Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District and Vacaville Unified School District. Windham's educational qualifications include a Doctor of Business Administration degree, an MBA, a Master of Laws in International Taxation, and various certifications, with ongoing studies in Business Administration and Management.
