Rishitaa Dutta

Rishitaa Dutta is an undergraduate at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with minors in Business and Leadership Studies. Currently serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Cognitive & Affective Neuroscience of Psychopathology (CANOPY) Lab, Rishitaa previously held roles including Vice President of Internal Affairs for the Human Resources and Psychology Organization (HRPO) and Human Resources Intern at WNS. Rishitaa also gained experience as a Project Intern at Wipro, focusing on developing learning modules related to talent assessment tools, and participated in multiple research projects at the University involving personality analysis and incivility in scientific discourse. Additional experience includes serving as a facilitator for the LAS 100 course and chairing the Outside Connections Committee at HRPO.
