Alonzo Ross

Alonzo OShae Ross is the Director for First Year Programs & Retention Strategy at the University of Indianapolis since September 2023. Prior to this, Alonzo worked at Ivy Tech Community College from July 2016 to September 2023, where Alonzo OShae held the position of Executive Director of K14 Initiatives. Alonzo also has experience at GEICO from March 2006 to July 2016 in various roles such as Insurance Professional and Centralized Services Supervisor. Alonzo holds a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Educational Leadership from the University of the Cumberlands, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Southern Indiana, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University East.
