Linda Wilson

Linda Wilson currently serves as the Director of People Initiatives & Engagement at the University of Iowa Health Care since April 2023. Additionally, Linda is an Instructor and Curriculum Developer at Eastern Iowa Community College, where responsibilities include delivering online training for supervisors and emerging leaders and developing Emotional Intelligence curricula. Previous positions include Training and Development Consultant at Salesforce and Leadership Development Manager at John Deere, where Linda managed change management initiatives and internal training programs. Linda holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Teikyo Marycrest University.
