Prior roles include Director of Continuous Process Improvement, where Kenneth implemented Six Sigma methodologies, and Business Analyst roles at Xerox, contributing to large-scale projects and process optimizations. Kenneth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Sullivan University.
