Dr. Neville Cameron has extensive work experience in business continuity, organizational resilience, and performance management. Dr Neville currently serves as the Head of Business Continuity and Organizational Resilience at the University of Leeds, where they are responsible for developing and implementing an organizational resilience framework. Prior to this, Dr. Cameron worked as the Business Continuity Manager at Cleveland Police, where they managed and developed a comprehensive business continuity management system. Dr Neville also served as a Performance Officer for the Police and Crime Commissioner for Cleveland, overseeing the scrutiny of performance data and conducting trend analysis. Additionally, Dr. Cameron held leadership roles in the National Police Estates Group, where they chaired the Environment Team and the Benchmarking Group, focusing on strategic planning and promoting best practices in national police environments. Earlier in their career, Dr. Cameron worked in service improvement and lean management consultancy roles in various organizations, including the University of Exeter and Newcastle University, where they conducted business improvement projects and research.

Dr. Neville Cameron holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Glasgow, which they obtained from 1987 to 1992. Following that, they pursued a Quality Assurance Graduate Placement Programme at Glasgow Caledonian University from 1992 to 1993. Dr Neville then went on to complete a Master of Science in Quality Engineering from Newcastle University from 1993 to 1994. Finally, they achieved a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Process Re-engineering from Newcastle University, spanning from 1994 to 2003.
