Zhiqiang Zhang

Zhiqiang Zhang currently holds the position of Professor of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Leeds, where tenure began in March 2016, having previously served as an Associate Professor and University Academic Fellow. Prior to this role, Zhiqiang Zhang was a Research Associate at Imperial College London from May 2010 to January 2016. Zhiqiang Zhang commenced academic career as a Research Assistant at the Chinese Academy of Sciences from September 2005 to March 2010. Zhiqiang Zhang earned a Doctorate in Electrical Engineering from the Chinese Academy of Sciences between 2005 and 2010, following a Bachelor of Engineering from Tianjin University from 2001 to 2005.
