Beth Cole

Senior Research Fellow - Landscape Decision Programme at University of Leicester

Beth Cole is currently a Senior Advisor in Earth Observation at Natural England. Prior to this role, Beth held positions such as Senior Research Fellow at the University of Leicester and Research Associate in various Earth Observation projects. Beth also has experience in remote sensing, GIS, and ecosystem services research. Beth holds a PhD in Physical Geography with a focus on Remote Sensing. Throughout their career, Beth has contributed to various research projects related to land cover mapping, peatland assessment, and landscape decision-making.
