Musa Mohammad Arif Billah

Musa Mohammad Arif Billah has a diverse range of work experience in various HR roles. Musa Mohammad most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at the University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh. Prior to that, they were the Head of HR at Metrocem Group and United Finance Limited. Musa Mohammad has also held positions such as General Manager HR at American & Efird, Senior Human Resources Analyst at Accenture, and Deputy Manager and Assistant Manager in the HR department at Samsung R&D Institute Bangladesh Limited. Additionally, they have worked as a Deputy Manager in HR at PartexStar Group, an Associate Manager in Recruitment & Talent Sourcing at BRAC Bank Limited, and a Management Trainee in HR at United Commercial Bank Limited. Musa's experience includes leading HR teams, designing HR planning and strategies, managing recruitment processes, and coordinating training programs.

Musa Mohammad Arif Billah completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from IBA, University of Dhaka in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from Khulna University.
