Neil Millar

Neil Millar currently serves as the Head of Business Application Services at the University of Liverpool since March 2023. Previous roles include Business Systems Supplier Manager, Third Party & Pension Systems Support Manager, and Application and Middleware Lead at the Universities Superannuation Scheme (Ltd) from July 2013 to March 2023. Prior to that, Neil worked as Software Development & IT Operations Manager at Mercer from November 2004 to July 2013 and held positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific, CSC, Logica, and Cross Electrical Services. Neil Millar earned a BEng in Computer Systems Engineering from the University of Wales - Bangor between 1994 and 1998 and has a foundational education from Hugh Baird College and Bootle High School.
