Andrew Howarth

Andrew Howarth is currently the Director of Residential Services at the University of London. Prior to this, they were the Head of Governance and Engagement for the Government Property Unit from February 2009 to April 2017. Andrew has also worked as a lecturer in Facilities Management at the National School of Government from January 1998 to December 2008.

Andrew Howarth studied interior design at TEESSIDE UNIVERSITY and Thorpe Grammar School Norwich. Andrew holds a BA Hons in interior design from TEESSIDE UNIVERSITY.

Andrew Howarth works with Andrew Smith - Director, Finance, Jacob Crittenden - Director, ITDS, and Mark Newton - Managing Director, CoSector. Their manager is Rita Akushie, CFO.
