Carl Stychin

Carl Stychin has had a long and varied career in the legal field. Carl began their career as a professor of law at City, University of London. Carl then served as the Dean of The City Law School for six years. After that, they became a lay member of the Education Committee for the General Chiropractic Council. In 2011, they joined the Bar Standards Board as a member of the Qualifications Committee. Carl served in that role for seven years. In 2018, they joined the NHS Counter Fraud Authority as a non-executive director. Carl held that position for two years. Carl is currently the director of the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies at University of London.

Carl Stychin began their educational career by completing a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Theirtory at the University of Alberta. Carl then went on to obtain a Doctor of Law with Honours from the University of Toronto. Afterward, they attended Columbia Law School to earn a Master of Laws. Finally, they received a Doctor of Laws from The University of Reading.
