Blanca Bauer

Dr. Blanca Bauer serves as Assistant Vice President of Academic Affairs—Institutional Effectiveness. She has overseen institutional effectiveness, planning, and institutional research operations in higher education for over twenty-five years in Texas institutions before moving to UL Lafayette. She has served as the institutional accreditation liaison at the previous institutions she has served and has broad experience in outcomes assessment, strategic and operational planning, curriculum development, and academic processes.
