Alice Sesay Pope

Alice Sesay Pope serves as Vice President of Global Device, Digital and Alexa Support (D2AS) at Amazon. In addition, Alice is a member of the Board of Visitors for the College of Engineering at the University of Maryland and a member of Chief. Previously, Alice held the position of Senior Vice President and Global Head of Client Care at Visa and served as Vice President and Head of Enterprise Complaints at USAA. Alice is currently pursuing a degree at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, while holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland, earned in May 1995.
