Anna Damm

Anna Damm is an experienced higher education professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Graduate Student Services in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department at the University of Maryland since June 2016. Anna has successfully coordinated recruitment and admissions processes for graduate programs in engineering and has a strong background in admissions, having previously worked as an interviewer for InitialView and as an assistant in the Office of Admissions at The Baldwin School. Anna also held various roles, including a Graduate Assistant in Alumni Relations at the University of Pennsylvania and a Student Coordinator for leadership development at the University of Colorado. Anna earned a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and English, graduating summa cum laude from the University of Colorado Boulder.
