Daniel Patrick Forrester

Daniel Patrick Forrester is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, education, and leadership development. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at the University of Maryland since March 2023, Forrester facilitates discussions on the evolving purpose and mission statements in organizational settings. As the Founder of Avizhen LLC, established in January 2021, guidance is provided to leaders and teams to develop inspiring visions for achieving exceptional outcomes. Forrester also co-founded THRUUE in May 2012 and holds the positions of Executive Board Chair and CEO, focusing on bridging the gap between strategy and culture for leadership teams. Previous roles include strategic leadership positions at Sapient and Burson-Marsteller, along with experience in policy research and program management. Forrester earned an MBA in Strategy and Marketing from the University of Rochester - Simon Business School and a BS in English from The Catholic University of America.
