Puneet Srivastava

Puneet Srivastava currently serves as the Associate Dean for Research and Associate Director of the Maryland Agricultural Experiment Station at the University of Maryland since January 2020. Prior to this role, Puneet held various academic and leadership positions at Auburn University from August 2004 to January 2020, including Director of the Water Resources Center, Professor, Butler-Cunningham Eminent Scholar, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Agricultural and Biological Engineering/Computer Science from Penn State University, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Biological and Agricultural Engineering from the University of Arkansas, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Agricultural Engineering from Allahabad Agricultural Institute.
