Alex Zadoyanov

Alex Zadoyanov has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Field Director at Far-Eastern Research Company, where they developed relationships with international and Russian market research firms and managed a network of over 100 supervisors and interviewers. In 2006, they served as an Administrative Assistant at the School of Psychology at The University of Auckland. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Consumer Link Account Manager at Colmar Brunton Research. Alex then held multiple roles at The University of Auckland, including Faculty of Arts' Administrator, Postgraduate Admissions and Enrolments; Editorial Assistant at Centre of Methods and Policy Application in the Social Sciences (COMPASS); Postgraduate Administrator/ Data Analyst; Graduate Teaching Assistant; and Student Centre Manager in the Faculty of Arts. Alex'sresponsibilities included providing data analysis, coordinating admissions and enrollments, providing support for postgraduate students, and assisting in operational activities and service delivery. In 2018, they joined the University of Melbourne as the Head of Advancement Business Operations, leading a team that delivers business solutions and services to support fundraisers and alumni relations.

Alex Zadoyanov's education history includes a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work from Far-Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok, Russia, obtained from 1993 to 1999. Additionally, they hold a Postgraduate Diploma (Hon) in Arts with a focus on Sociology from The University of Auckland, completed from 2006 to 2007. Furthermore, Alex obtained a Diploma in Languages, specializing in French Language, from The University of Auckland, completed from 2011 to 2014. Alex also holds a Diplôme d'études en langue française (DELF B2) certification.
