Niles Reddick is currently the Dean of UofM Lambuth and the COO of both the Lambuth and Millington Campuses at University of Memphis. Prior to this, they served as Vice President of Academic Affairs (and Student Affairs) at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College from 2007 to 2014. Niles was also the Dean of Humanities and Social Sciences at Motlow State Community College from 1994 to 2007, where they were also a founding faculty member and director of the Smyrna Campus.
Niles Reddick received their Doctor of Philosophy in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Florida State University. Niles also holds a Master's Degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Valdosta State University. In addition, Niles has a leadership certificate from Emory University - Goizueta Business School.
