Juli Adhikari currently serves as the Investment Lead at the University of Michigan Ross Social Venture Fund, focusing on community development investments and managing due diligence processes. As a Data and Research Fellow at Poverty Solutions, Juli analyzes factors critical to the success of immigrant-owned small businesses and their impact on Michigan's economy. Juli is pursuing a dual MBA-MPP at the University of Michigan, supported by the Rackham Merit Fellowship. Previous experience includes roles as an MBA Summer Associate at Deloitte and a Summer Consultant at KPMG US, as well as various positions at the Center for American Progress, IGNITE National, American Constitution Society, and the City of Berkeley, where notable contributions included drafting Berkeley’s first Supplemental Paid Family and Medical Leave legislation. Juli holds a BA in Political Science and Gender and Women's Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.
